Honey Beans/ Ewa Oloyin

Honey beans, or Ewa Oloyin, are nutritious cowpeas popular in Nigerian cuisine. Rich in protein and fiber, they're traditionally cooked in spicy tomato sauce with palm oil and crawfish. Use them to make Akara, Moi-Moi, or Gbegiri.
